Damian is the founder and Clinical Director of Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry, overseeing the strategic direction, practice development, and professional growth of the practitioner team across Albion and West End. Damian’s professional journey includes extensive experience in sports, musculoskeletal, and orthopaedic rehabilitation, including senior clinical roles overseas and collaboration with multidisciplinary specialists.
After establishing the practice in 2022, he has focused on building a values-driven team culture centred on expertise, empowerment, warmth, and collaboration.
While Damian has a strong clinical background, he is not currently accepting new patients, as his role is now focused on leading the business, supporting the team, and driving ongoing professional development across the clinic.
His clinical expertise continues to support patient outcomes through mentoring, regular case discussions, and ongoing collaboration with practitioners.
Under Damian’s leadership, Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry continues to grow as a practice where clinicians are supported to develop and patients receive care that is thorough, thoughtful, and results focused.
