Pain while working?

Do you have pain while working?

Working from home has become far more common the last 2 and a half years. For many people, improper desk set up leads to pain and/or stiffness.

Neck, shoulders and lower backs are typically the most impacted regions, though other areas are also susceptible.

Whether you’re working from home or the office, make sure you environment is set up appropriately. Factors such as monitor/desk height, chair type, foot position and mouse position are all important.

Your work space should be optimised for both ergonomics as well as productivity.

If you notice a part of your body getting sore, consider making some modifications to your space. If symptoms persist, consider seeing a physiotherapist for advice on your workspace along with some treatment.
