Starting exercise can be intimidating. Pain, fear of injury, lack of time or low motivation can be reasons for avoiding physical activity.
Start today with something small. Use the stairs instead of the lift or park a little bit further from the office. Something is better than nothing.
Physical activity comes in all different shapes and forms. Find something YOU enjoy and do it often.
Sometimes, seeing your GP or Physiotherapist can give you the confidence you need to start. They’ll be able to evaluate your capacity and give some recommendations on how you should start.
